ABOUT YOUR INSPECTOR

 I,Bob Trullender am a professional real estate inspector who has been in the inspection business not only for real estate but also aircraft and crash investigations for nearly forty years. I am licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission as a professional inspector and ama member of “NACHI” National Association of Certified Home inspectors. I have accomplished hundreds of home and commercial inspections. I am also a graduate of the University of Southern California's Aircraft Mishap Investigation Course and have completed over two hundred fifty credit hours of real estate inspection courses. I am a dedicated professional and employ my experience as an aircraft inspector/investigator when performing inspections of real property. My training and experience will provide you with the most thorough inspection possible.
