Bee-Vee Inspections is a service-oriented business that will provide you with the service you deserve. Our goal is customer satisfaction and we will do everything possible to meet your inspection needs. We respect your privacy and your inspection report is for you or your designated agent only.

Home/real estate inspections are complete, detailed and performed by a professional inspector who is licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) and a member of NACHI, National Association of Certified Home Inspectors. After the inspection I will explain the discrepancies and suggest repair priorities. Your formal report will be e-mailed or hand delivered to you within twenty four hours and will include photos of most of the discrepancies found during the inspection.

Your inspection will include the foundation, roof, attic, interior and exterior walls, ceilings and floors, electrical and mechanical systems, plumbing, furnace/air conditioner, water heater, built-in appliances, doors and windows, structure, and cosmetic discrepancies on request.

We encourage you to be present during your inspection so that we can explain exactly what discrepancies are discovered and answer any questions you might have. After you receive your formal report, we look forward to hearing from you and will be happy to provide you with suggestions on repairs or help with other concerns you may have.
